ll terms are cash sales unless prior arrangement have been made and confirmed in writing.All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing. Any goods that may be returned, must be to our premises in ‘as new’ salable condition. No credit will be issued until the stock has been received by us. We will not accept goods without prior approval. All requests for credit must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase and be accompanied by the original invoice.

FATSTER PRODUCTS:

• will not pay, accept COD or credit freight on ANY returned goods.
• reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns we agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% and levied by FATSTER Product’s discretion.
• endeavours to supply all goods by courier or other reasonable means given package size and weight of order. Risk, including insurance responsibility shall pass to the buyer once the goods leave our premises. All claims for damage must be made to the carrier.
• reserves the right to change any specifications or information or price without prior notice.
